Set the address that gets emailed when a filing is due soon, when an AI notice response draft is ready, and when a new regulatory circular affects your clients.
Without a RESEND_API_KEY configured on the server, reminders are logged to the server console instead of actually sent -- useful for testing this flow without a real Resend account.
